Turn Failure Into Feedback

The only problems people are unable to solve are the ones they are unwilling to talk about.

This week’s challenge is to turn #FAILURE into #FEEDBACK.
 
Don’t look at nutrition & fitness setbacks as examples of how you:
suck at life
can’t do anything right
lack willpower
 
 
Instead, silence your harsh inner critic and harness your #GrowthMindset voice of wisdom (your inner BFF who supports and cheers on your success and personal growth forever and always).
 
Instead, ask yourself:
What can I possibly learn from this setback?
What nugget of wisdom can I share with “future me”, based on what “past me” has gone through?
What does this past mistake tell me, either about myself, my situation, or what I might need to do, in order to be successful in the future?
What key lesson does life keep trying to teach me?
What changes do I need to make in my approach in order for this to go better the next time around?
 
And finally, here’s a couple of KEY REMINDERS about failure:
💪 Failure is never permanent, unless we stop trying.
💪 A setback is just a data point, helping to guide our progress by giving us #experience to learn and draw from.
💪 Mistakes demonstrate that you are continuing to show up, try, and still give a damn.
💪 You can’t fix what you’re unwilling to talk about or acknowledge.
