Sugary drinks can raise diabetes risk by 22 per cent: study

Drinking just one can of sugar-laced soda a day increases the risk of developing diabetes by more than a fifth, a large European study found.

Put down the pop!  Better yet, just don’t buy it and bring it into your house in the first place.  Same goes when ordering drinks at a restaurant or grabbing a beverage on the road.
