Find what works for you, in your real and messy life, and give yourself credit for the good stuff you’re already doing.

Your priorities and values are up to you, and you get to choose which ones to focus on and do a good job with today.

Be sane, be sensible, and enjoy making the best choices you can, under the circumstances. Life is bigger than the trivial details of “perfect” food and exercise decisions and information that’s out there, so strive to make “good enough” choices, and keep focusing on the important things in your life that you need to take care of today.
