Facing Uncomfortable Conversations

uncomfortable conversations

“A person’s success in life can usually be measured by the number of uncomfortable conversations he or she is willing to have.”
Tim Ferriss

As many people can probably relate, issues around food and weight often have nothing do to with the food itself. Instead, our choices mirror and reflect our lives, our mindsets, and our mental states. When there is chaos around you, there is often chaos with food. When you tolerate something for far too long, you settle for a mediocre result that makes you feel unhappy and unfulfilled.

So what uncomfortable conversation have you been avoiding? Maybe it’s with yourself. Maybe it’s with someone you love. Maybe it’s with someone you have to let go of.

Although difficult, I can promise that when you face the uncomfortable conversation you’ve been avoiding, it will transform your life, your mindset, and your mental state for the better, and will open new doors and opportunities for you to flourish and grow.

It’s time to leave regret, guilt, and wasted time in the past, and to seize the opportunities of TODAY and face whatever it is you have to deal with in order to have the life you want and deserve. Life is too short to be anything but happy.

Wishing you health & happiness,

Jen
