What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a prescription of professionally coached, high intensity strength training. This revolutionary style of training combines explosiveness, speed, strength, and muscular endurance to make you fitter, stronger, and leaner. Workouts are constantly varied and performed at a high intensity, delivering a time-efficient workout that produces visible results.

CrossFit workouts are designed to broaden your fitness in ten major areas: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Workouts are generally kept short and intense (3-25 minute range), with any of the following activities creatively combined to constantly challenge your body: skipping, rowing, running, Olympic weight lifting, gymnastics, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, box jumps, rope climbs, pull-ups, pushups, situps, squats, lunges, dips, back extensions, muscle ups, and more.

Workouts are completed in a small group setting, instructed by certified and experienced coaches who lead each class through the pre-programmed “Workout of the Day”. The same program is used for males and females, big or small, young or old, fit or unfit, or anywhere in between simply by scaling the load and intensity to match the fitness level and ability of each individual. Whether you are new to exercising or are a seasoned athlete, CrossFit will get you fitter, faster, and leaner.
