DAY 3 – 
Prepare a “Veggie Bucket”
Today, your goal is to wash and chop at least 4 different kinds of vegetables, which will be placed in one large container and set on an easy-to-reach shelf in your fridge (ta da, you have a “veggie bucket”).  Easy ideas include: baby carrots, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, green beans, snow peas, celery, etc.

DAY 3 – Success Tracker
Veggies washed & chopped and are easy-to-reach in the fridge
