Dark Green Vegetables
Dark green vegetables contain loads of iron, calcium, folate, vitamin K, fibre, and other great things for your body.  Today, make it a point to eat a dark green vegetable.  Ideas include: broccoli, spinach, asparagus, bok choy, Brussels sprouts, peas, kale, green beans, green pepper, Romaine lettuce, edamame, zucchini, seaweed, Swiss chard, etc.
