Fruit Smoothie
This goal is fun, tasty, and easy.  Make a homemade smoothie that includes at least 1 cup of frozen fruit.  Feel free to mix it with your favourite calcium-fortified beverage for an extra nutrient boost!  Try this healthy mixed berry breakfast smoothie.
