30 Day Nutrition Challenge
DAY 10 –
Omega 3 Fish
Fatty fish such as salmon, mackerel, trout, tuna, and sardines are amazing sources of DHA and EPA (types of omega-3’s).  Your goal today is to have a serving of fish, ideally from the list above, for lunch or dinner.  Try this delicious balsamic maple salmon recipe.
