2013 CrossFit Open: 5 weeks of pictures

NutritionRx owner Jennifer Broxterman believes in practicing what she preaches about the importance of regular physical activity.  To stay in shape, Jen trains at CrossFit London,  and often signs up for CrossFit competitions to test her physical and mental capabilities.  Follow her progress for the 2013 CrossFit Open on the official CrossFit Games’ leaderboard (athlete: Jennifer Broxterman), and see pictures of her working out in the 5 photo albums below.

Week 1: 17 minutes of burpees & snatches

Week 2: 10 minutes of deadlifts, shoulder-to-overhead, & box jumps

Week 3: 12 minutes of wall balls, double unders, & muscle ups

Week 4: 7 minutes of clean and jerks & toes to bar

Week 5: 4 minutes of thrusters & chest-to-bar pullups
